Online Payment of School Fee by using Net banking, credit/debit card to the School

Terms and conditions are to be accepted necessarily before using the online payment facility and using the facility shall specify that you accept these terms and conditions. The School may update these terms from time to time and any change(s) will be effective immediately on being reflected here.

All payments are subject to the following conditions:-

1. The payment facility has been provided to the Parents/Guardians for their convenience only and school does not insist to use the mode for the payment to the school and the School shall not and shall not be liable for any damage, loss, cost (including legal costs), expenses, indirect losses or consequential damage of any kind which may be suffered or incurred from the use of this service.

2. Parents/Guardians have to verify with their bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from their accounts; the School is under no obligation to bring this fact to the Parents/Guardian. In case the payment has not been made to the school due to any reason whatsoever, the school shall be free to take appropriate permitted action.

3. School cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching in the School account due to any reason whatsoever including but not limited to an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details quoted by Parents/Guardians, nor can School accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the Net banking/credit/debit card supplier for any reason(s).

4. In no event will the School be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. All Fee quoted are in Indian National Rupees (INR). The School reserves the right to change the fee at anytime.

6. Privacy Policy: School respects your right to privacy however the following information may be claimed from you on your logging on the website.

        a) Your computer or network IP address, which must be validated in order for you to access the School Official Web Site.

        b) Your e-mail address and message information about your visit is gathered in an aggregate manner for quality control, security and improvement of our site.

7. School does not disclose or sell any personally identifiable information collected at this site to other companies or organizations. Your information is kept confidential, unaltered. 8. Refund Policy: In case of an error found in online fee payment and payment gets debited twice due to server error and if the customer gets intimation from their respective bank about the authenticity of the said transaction, then the school will give back a reversal of the amount with in a weeks’ time. However the amount may be adjusted in next payment also.
